HistogramIQ provides software for market automation and analytics offered as a service (SaaS). We are not a broker, investment adviser, research analyst, or portfolio manager. Content is strictly educational/informational and does not constitute investment advice, an offer, or a solicitation to buy/sell any assets.

2) Plans and Responsibilities

• Free: access to the chatbot and to the scanner focused on identifying opportunities per asset, with notifications.Does not execute orders.
• Starter: includes the features of the Free plan and adds automatic per-asset execution through an Expert Advisor (EA) in MetaTrader 5, based on parameters defined by the user.
• Semi-Pro: includes the features of the Free and Starter plans and adds multi-market/multi-asset scanning and notifications through a service integrated with MT5.Automatic execution remains limited to the per-asset level, according to the user’s configuration and the broker’s rules.
• Pro: includes all previous features and enables multi-market/multi-asset automatic execution through the service integrated with MT5, according to the rules and parameters defined by the user.

You are fully responsible, regardless of the plan selected, for evaluating, testing, configuring, and monitoring the use of the software (including strategies, parameters, and risks), as well as for complying with your broker’s/platform’s rules and all applicable laws and regulations.

3) Market Risk

Trading involves high risk, including the risk of total loss. Past performance (real or simulated) does not guarantee future results. Leverage increases risks.

4) Performance, Metrics & Verifiers

Displayed performance (including backtests, simulations, and third-party verified accounts such as Myfxbook/FX Blue/MQL5) may not reflect a user’s actual execution and costs (latency, slippage, spreads, liquidity, execution policies, fees, outages). These services are independent; figures may differ and do not constitute a promise of performance.

5) Data, Delays & Availability

Signals/alerts may experience delays, failures, or downtime due to data providers, infrastructure, connectivity, maintenance, or market events. HistogramIQ does not guarantee continuous availability or real-time delivery.

6) Regulatory Compliance

The subscription refers to a software license. In general, we are not acting as a regulated financial intermediary; however, compliance is the user’s responsibility (e.g., applicable securities/derivatives rules). Please consult your legal advisors for your specific case.

7) Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee results and are not liable for losses arising from use of the software. Only trade with capital consistent with your risk tolerance.
